Hit one button it hits 5 and clicking things when I'm trying to scroll. Tried to power down and hard reset, still the problem persists. Any suggestions?

No conductive smudge of any kind, on the screen?

EDIT: You might want to try the screen test in the "BBVE" (BlackBerry Virtual Expert) app, to see whether, and if so; where, any ghost touches registers while you are painting the screen area.

Which method did you use to hard reset?

How long have you had the Z30 and when did this start? Any other general wonkiness? Can you relate the timing of this problem starting with anything you did on your Z30, such as OS update, adding/updating a certain app, use with new accessories, etc.

You haven't exposed it to any water, have you? That can sometimes cause seemingly random oddities like this.

Pulled sim card and sd card seems to be working fine now.
