    I hate rogers, in so glad I don't have to deal with then on a regular basis.

    I'm with fido.

    Anyone know what STA-100 type Rogers uses?? They don't have the phones in stores, and they don't have a way to access that information.

    I'll save the "my experience" story...

    I don't know if it's fair for us to label the company as a whole when it comes to an individual treatment. I'm sure there are good knowledgeable employees (far and few as it may be) who don't behave like the normal pricks we usually encounter.
