Z10 of me sometimes reboots without any doing of me... and now z30 too... I think it must be a bug in OS 10... hope this will be fixed soon... or maybe it is an App?! Does somebody here has same effects with his device?! Thx... I hope this will be fixed soon... do BlackBerry do

This might sound like a silly question, but are you holding them or keeping them somewhere (like your pocket) where perhaps the top button is being accidentally held down sometimes? Holding the top button for more than a second or two will reset device.

Otherwise, what OS do you have on each device?
Do you use the chargers and cables that came with them? If not, what do you use?
