    Been having issues with Office365 on my Z30. Every week it disconnects randomly and status in the account shows disconnected. I need to open and save info again and then it works. Tried reinstalling the email account but issue still persists.
    It doesn't even work sometimes in wifi. Bit frustrated as i always recommend this phone to Office colleagues.

    Hi, I have had problems with it at times too, came down to my current ISP having issues with their dns box. Generally I have no issue with it on my GSM connection. Who are you with, ISP and carrier wise?

    Strangely it happens happens on this device. Many others use the Z30 or Q5 or Q10 and Z10(leaving battery issues) and no one faces this problem. Carrier is Etisalat - UAE.

    did you reload the OS? Or even ask for a new SIM?
