Duh, my Z30 is magnificent ! Loving the Verizon-BB wireless charging collabiration. Bloomberg app is tracking my stocks nicely. Weather Radar USA is blowing people away with its cell-speed-direction display. Doc Neutron

Yesterday was Thanksgiving here in the states. I had 16 people in the house for dinner. I built a playlist with 90 songs and collected photos from my UK holiday into a folder on my Z30. Connected to my 50" with Miracast and set it playing (music and slideshow). Early in the morning I dug up an old self-powered sub woofer and hooked that to my TV so the music had a fuller sound. Family members could wander in and out and enjoy the pictures and music. I got a few messages from family and friends which I would pull up on the screen. One guy there is a musician who noticed all this was happening from my phone. He wondered how I had music and slideshow and sliding in to the hub to show emails and BBMs all going on without interruption. He is not a phone guy (doesn't even have a mobile but his wife has an iPhone) so he just assumed all phone could do this stuff. I said, "I can't speak to what other phones can or can't do but my BlackBerry can do this and more."

My Z30 was a trooper throughout the gathering. Nary a hiccup, in spite of all that was going on.

Cool story. Could you share which Miracast Dongle you used for this demo?
