Where do I start? Facebook 'app' is pretty much useless, the phone app - one of the compelling reasons to use a BlackBerry - doesn't really work without several tries to simply make a phone call. And when it does make or receive, there is a ridiculous pause...among other things. How can this company possibly justify making phones and charging high end prices when the devices don't work?!? I switched from iPhone and will be going back. At least they work, out of the box and you can go to the store and they take care of you. I had hoped the best for BlackBerry. Was really excited about having one but now realize what everyone has been saying. These guys just aren't very good at making phones that are reliable.

My Z30 works great and I get what I need from the web version of facebook. Most of the apps I need are mobile websites. If you don't like your z30 so much, just give me your phone. Since you think it is worthless, I expect it for "worthless". ie free.
