Hi can any one help me to solve the low battery back up of my z30?its giving hardly 10hours,with my brightness "0"

Hello and welcome to CB. How many apps do you have? What OS is on it? How many email accounts and how are they configured?

3mail accounts, exchange, gmail,phone copy.i use addl apps facebook,whatsapp,money control and icici.rest all is built in.sw version Is 10.2.1.2062 my screen brightness is nil,uses either 2g only or wifi.

2g? How is your signal? Never heard of some of those apps, do they run in an active frame? What's your sync settings?

Sorry it's 3062 sw version.all mail accounts is configured vide hub

Signal strength is strong.they don't run on active frame

Open Device Monitor. It can show what processes are using the battery. Also, you can look at CPU use and see also what is running. (I don't recall what device monitor reports in 10.2.1 OS)

Battery usage 40% is screen.
CPU 40%isBB system.
My screen brightness is "0".
BB diagnostics is disabled.
What could be issue?

Could be the OS. The screen shouldn't be using that much unless it's constantly on. Do you stream a lot?

Yes I do browse ...to say max 1 hour a day:but since the screen is at minimal -what else to be done.also with regular use..like calls for 30mins....it drops steeply

You could try rebooting it by holding both volume buttons down until it does. If it were me, I would either reinstall the OS or try a different OS.

I'd chime in here and definitely say install the latest OS or the latest leak. I know there've been improvements to battery usage software-wise and there's been huge improvements in Device Monitor's ability to more finely and accurately track what's using what battery-wise.

Here's the latest autoloader. Just download it onto a PC, plug in your phone, and run the *******.
