    I'm having problems with my phone locking up on apps and taking about 30 seconds for me to be able to swipe to get any other apps. Also when trying to power off, I press the button to shut down, it counts down and then reboots. Any thoughts? Thanks.

    That's kinda an old OS. How about an upgrade?

    As of a couple weeks ago that was the most current. Now it shows I can go to 10.3.2.2168. I will try that when I get home tonight.
