I purchased the Colibri Case for Blackberry Z30 Pouch Case Cover Skin (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...UvbUpU10247732) from Amazon for my new Verizon Wireless Z30. I just started using the case today and noticed that I missed two phone calls. The case does not lock my phone; however, if I press the power/lock button to turn off the screen before placing the phone in the case, my calls go straight to voice mail. If I put the phone in the case without pressing the power/lock button to turn off the screen, the phone rings. If the phone times out and locks, is placed in the case, it goes straight to voice mail. Likewise if the phone is in the case, times out and locks, it goes straight to voice mail.

I've searched the forums and the Internet without success to find out if there are settings that I can adjust to allow the phone to ring while in the case. Can anyone point me in the right direction with this issue? Thanks.

Have you tried it with a different case?

Yes, it works fine with my non-pouch style case. I've ordered two more cases and will try them this weekend. I really like the pouch style and wanted it to work with my phone. Oh well!

It is depressing the volume keys constantly most likely which cancels the ringer

Unfortunately I do not know anyone with a Z30. I do believe that the issue is the case. I don't feel any magnets in the case, but who knows.

Hmm...I think you're on to something. There is stitching along the side of the case near the volume keys. Also, when I am able to get the phone to ring, the ringer goes silent as soon as I start pulling the phone from the case. I read in another post that the VZW Z30 is slightly different in size in comparison to the other models. I guess the case is not a good fit for the VZW Z30.
