I just got my Z30 about 20 hours ago.

I'm looking for a good case for it!

However I see nothing on the CrackBerry Store that interests me!

Does anyone have any good suggestions as to what case I should get? Please leave a link in your comment!

The best case is the Noreve leather case for $60.00 and you can order it without the front flap. Read the above thread to page 3 for the info.

These three choices I feel are the best on the market in these styles. Otherwise I would choose an OEM

I use the BlackBerry pouch case and the z30 fits very nice into it and I can carry it in the pocket without scratching the phone. It's also has battery saving features built into it. I found mine new for 16.00 shipped on ebay.

I use the Silicon case with the S Wave as mentioned above. It gives the proper grip I need to a very slippery white Z30 back and doesn't add too much to the already pocket-hogging size of the device.
I am considering going back to the old swivel case though since I don't really like the phone in my pocket.

Otterbox commuter in glacier white is my big, let's go adventure protective case.

Leather flip is my casual, daily case.

There's literally like a thousand other older threads about this. Try searching, plenty of wisdom already posted.

I just love that pouch. The leather, the red stich on the side. Expensive look. I really like that line for BlackBerry pouches. Had it for my bold 9900 and had the swivel holster for my Z10. Never understood why BlackBerry didn't offer the pouch for the Z10.

Erm, they do? Two different kinds, on the shopblackberry website. None with the red thread, if that's what you're getting at, though.

My 11 month daughter loves grabbing my Z30 and running around with it. So it lives now in my why/grey Otter Box Defender case that I normally only used when I travel. :-)

The Otter Box cases are good insurance if you ask me (although the one for the Z10 had issues).

Yes I meant the red thread/stiching. The pouch for the Z10 has a plane front and the glass weave back but the is not a leather pouch with the red stich like the one for the Z30. Only the swivel holster for the Z10 has that look

I have no issues with the OtterBox Defender and accessing the USB or HDMI ports. The flap is rubber and folds down out of the way no problem.

You sure you aren't talking about the commuter case and not the defender case? On my defender, the ports are covered by a gray rubber flap that probably will never break.

I think he means the commuter. I have had that issue with the case.

White Z30STA100-5/10.2.1.1925 = heaven.

Commuter is as well, but there is a strip of plastic that surrounds the opening.

I bought a Ventev glide case [over at android central that is made for the Samsung Galaxy S5] - for my Z30. It hasn't arrived yet but it looks to be a good fit. They knocked the price down to 18.00 at the time I purchased. The construction looks great from the description and I do know that the GS5 and the Z30 have an almost identical footprint and thickness. We'll see.

Picked up the OEM transform case off Amazon. Its not as good as the z10 transform case but does the job I wanted - protection, not making the phone too bulky, and a stand for viewing the screen when I want it.
