Left my phone on top of my car @ 2am in a downpour, got up at 8am rushed to salvage what I could only to discover that although it was drenched it was still on and turned it off in for me to air dry it. Long story short I'm using it to upload this thread, no technicians involved.

Lol....I'm going to state the obvious in saying, leaving your phone exposed to the elements isn't recommended . However, I'm glad to hear your Z30 endured and came out "maybe" unscathed.

With moisture damage however, it's not usually an instant affect but rather long-term. Keep us posted if any funny glitches start to occur.

    Look! It's Zedzilla 30!

Had a Z30 survive a drop into an airport toilet - though it took several days for it to come back (and several cleanings for anyone to touch it). My Z30 has survived a few falls onto concrete without damage. Another Z30 I manage did end up with a cracked screen after hitting the floor in a bad way (in an Otterbox). I would agree the Z30 is relatively tough all things considered.
