Before the 10.3.3.1463 update it connected all the time. My wife has an LG G5 and it connects just fine. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what can be done about it?

Consensus fix is to delete the profile from both the phone and the car. Then try to pair anew. Doesn't work for everyone.

Yes, I agree with the consensus. Deleted both paired devices, in my Z30 and the KIA Soul. If one deletes the Z30 device in the car only, the message in the Z30 is: Can't connect. Your administrator has disabled the Bluetooth profile used to connect to this Bluetooth device. Wow, I am the administrator, what did I do?

OK, time to start over again. After both devices are deleted put your car in' add device mode'. It will send out its signature to be discovered by the Z30. Cycle the Bluetooth off, and then on having before selected 'Discoverable' on. In my case, the Z30 discovered the KIA Bluetooth device, then I entered the pass code, selected 'my car' and all was good again.

Good meant: every time I start my car, my phone connects automatically with all the features, most important: hands free calls and drive directions in new territory via Google map.

Glad it worked for you. Based on what I've read, persistence is a common ingredient.

As @BB4matt said, delete the profile on the car and phone. Turn Bluetooth off and then and start the pairing process.
