    Hi everyone.

    Recently, my wife switched from a Z10 to Z30 (which she absolutely loves, btw). The only issue is that now it seems like her typing/autocorrect is absolutely horrible. I did a device switch so I'm wondering if maybe the settings from the Z10 transferred over and they're negatively affecting the Z30 keyboard.

    Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions for a fix?

    It's because it's new. give it a few weeks and it will improve. This happens when you wipe your phone too. The keyboard has to learn.

    I dont think the adjustments it makes over time get backed up or transferred to the new device....

    It HAS been a few weeks. It's been just over a month.

    I'm not sure if there's a setting I should change, or just clear everything.

    You said 'recently' , no mention of weeks.

    I feel like one will only correct words it's recognizes as misspelled, the other will plop in whatever word it believe you intended.
