With these unbeatable deals on ShopBlackberry.com site and with Christmas around the corner, I am considering getting couple of the Z30's for my nieces in UK. Now, when I check the UK part of ShopBlackberry.com site, the Z30 they offer there is a SIM free version, which is different from these offered here. Question is: if I get the Z 30 STA 100-5 here and ship it to UK, will they work (Lebara network)? Anyone with this knowledge? Any input will be very appreciated.

Difficult to say. Lebara in the UK is a Vodafone MVNO. Vodafone's networks use the following frequencies: UMTS 900, UMTS 2100, LTE 800 (20.) The STA100-5 has the following bands of relevance: UMTS 2100.

So the STA100-5 will work only on 3G/HSPA+, and only in places where Lebara has access to Vodafone's 2100 MHz network. This could be all of the UK, or it could be only in some places.
