Sorry if this has been asked before. I have a lot of apps, both BB and Android, installed on my Z10. Most of them are free but many were paid, including the last one for $19.99. I wonder if all these apps will be accessible on Z30 if I do the switch? Thanks.

If you sign in on your new Z30 with the same BlackBerry ID, yes. All the apps you've previously downloaded will be available, free or paid. The only exception may be a few that are not available to your new device or (occasionally) OS version.

I switched from a Z10 to a Z30 myself, and all but one app was available.

Yes they will as long as you use the same BBID

Depending on the apps, they should be available. Electronic Arts is bad for not having all their apps on the Z30.

My advice, backup your Z10, then Restore it on the Z30. This will migrate all apps, even if BBW doesn't have it available on the Z30.

Thanks. Could I use both phones at the same time? I'm going to keep Z10 until it dies.

Just curious, what app cost you $19.99?

It's SignEasy Premium. It is incredibly convenient as I no longer need a printer and scanner to sign documents. You can do it while holding your BB10 phone.

This is how I had NFL Mobile on my Z30, even though it's not supposed to be available on the Z30.

I just discovered that one of the editing features in Adobe Reader is a signature option. It was pretty cool how I could just fill in the blanks in the PDF for an apparel order, with signature. No printing out the form, filling out, scanning, then emailing. I just edited the form, then sent the edited version back in an email. I don't know if one can so that on other platforms, but I thought it was pretty cool that I could do it right from my phone.

Yep, no problem at all getting all my paid apps up and running on Z30.
You're in for real treat by the way. Z30 is such a great experience.

Well I'm counting on you all, I just pulled the trigger and upgraded from 10 to 30. I'll keep the 10 for when my wife's Torch 9850 finally dies!

Just got my Verizon Z30 today since using the Z10 from the launch date.

Wish I had upgrades sooner, but amazon finally dropped their price and I don't pay taxes there so it was basically 50 bucks off for me.... only thing is I miss the Z10 back, this thing slips all over my fingers it's like silk. But I love it.

I am going to have mine at the end of the month, my friend from Australia visiting me and bring one Z30 from there...it was incredibly cheap compared to prices from Romania. (378 AUD vs 450 euro) .
The LTE networks are the same so...waiting so much to come and to have it.
    My real concerns are :
    1. The size! I am the fan of day by day maneuverability and thinking that I will have problems to mail call and browse from the car, from the go and so on. Pocket-ability it's another concern.
    2. The brightness of the screen. I prefer to loose a little battery juice and to have a bright screen. There is an app or some method to increase the screen brightness?

Thank you in advance for sharing me your experiences with the awesome Z30!

    Proudly Z10 owner

Alright then related dumb question: may I insert the SIM card from the 10 into the 30 rather than use the new one that comes in the 30 pkge? So as not to lose anything (pics etc?)

Both the Z10 and Z30 use Micro-SIM cards.

Awesome got it tx. I've had the Z10 as a replacement for a 9850 that bricked last fall, so technically I was way overdue for a replacement. 99 from VZW with a new plan of course
