[CrackBerry Question]

We currently have a total of about 125 Z30 and Q30 in our enterprise. Each was configured manually and sync with our Exchange server for their email. We are now about to configure a BES12 server to manage these devices and one of the concerns is that when we add the company Microsoft active directory will this cause any duplication of email accounts or other issues?

Not sure about! BES but since the latest updates, I am having duplicate co tors issue. Sometimes 4 of the same contact info. Sorry it probably doesn't help you

Just wait 'til a user's Contacts totally disappears or in some cases, duplicates! Thankfully, with great heaps of patience, it's all fixable.

Keep in mind - and to be fair to BB - operations like these always have weird, unintentional side effects. Good luck!
