    I can't connect to my office Wifi, it keeps giving me the response : unable to authenticate against the network. Verify saved network security settings . I use a z30 running os is up to date. Thanks

    Try deleting wifi profile for that location from the phone, and then set up again.

    If other devices are connected then it's a BB issue.

    Yes other devices are connected, the z30 was formerly connected till this morning when this started.

    No need to wipe and reload. Just delete the saved wlan info and set it up again.

    I have the same problems since the last OS update ,my Z30 was the best cellphone I ever had
