Just received my new Z30 a couple of days ago and have notice that it does not like my wireless network. Upon initial setup, it connected just fine to any of the three signals from two routers, but within a few hours, it dropped off and now only connects to the 5G signal. My previous Z10 on the same software release connected just fine to all three. I have a Netgear dual band that is less than a year old with a Netgear extender. The Z30 will attach to the main device's 5G signal but that signal is the weakest in the house. I cannot get it to connect to the extender. Here is the screen shot of the error. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hey man I got a good giggle out of that,

Try going into your settings and try turning on the inter-access point handover.

I had the same issue with a netgear router. Once I ticked on Hidden SSID my q10 same OS version connected. No idea what's up with that but it worked.

What is the hidden SSID option good for on the phone anyway? Is it so it can detect a hidden SSID from a router?

Not sure what the option does on the phone because it wasn't my router - I had no access to its settings to see what occurred once my phone connected. Prior to the update, I had no problem connecting to it and no router changes were made since. Might be a new option with the upgrade and netgear sensitive to it? Don't know but their network's SSID is not hidden.

aah.. good one to try then. yeah.. mine sometimes got issues as well with netgear router, dunno why, it is connected, i can receive emails & browse but sometimes:
    - i can receive whatsapp but can't send
    - no bbm connectivity - can't receive & all messages sent just sitting on the "wave" sign

if i don't toggle off the wifi & reconnect it, i can't send my BBM or even whatsapp & all BBM messages are just stuck and they will come like a rush. and sometimes it can happen like few times a day, so frustrating sometimes. but ok, let me try this one.. hopefully this will solve my netgear wifi problems, thanks all!
