    wall charger plug in amber light for 30 seconds then nothing....plug into computer boot recycling. "blackberry" amber light red light....connect and disconnect to computer..how do I stop this and power on.
    Have used app loader hit next on "unknown port" and get to solid green light blank screen.
    Go to desktop to update software, no good due to OS10, BB Link unknown device upload latest software....check connection!!!
