Yesterday I plugged a headphone style cord into my phone thinking it was an aux input for the stereo (in my girlfriends car), but it turns out it was for a back-up camera previously installed in the car. After realizing this, I just unplugged it. When i received a call, the phone started jumping between audio modes (headset, handset, speaker) and you can't have a conversation while it's doing it. I found some older posts from previous blackberry models that had similar issues, but none of those "fixes" seem to work, like blowing out the jack, rebooting, playing music then making a call etc. I really love this phone and I don't want to have to get anything else. My old Z10 is back in use for now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried a hard reboot yet?

It probably scratch the connections inside and are crossing over the leads.

Maybe use a q-tip or something and plug it in the jack and twist it to clean it. Going up and down would me you'll likely cross the connection.
