    my Z30 is not appearing on the BB link, though the device shows connected to the PC, but still unable to visible the storage SD cards and device. logged out of link and loggd in. the Email Id thorugh same, device is not recognized, suggestion is required.

    Try rebooting the phone while plugged in to your computer, if that doesn't work...
    I had a similar experience with my Z10. After months of investigation I discovered the problem was with my router. I unplugged my router and modem and bingo! It works like a charm.
