    I have a blackberry Z30 which i have bbm on. i stopped using the phone for abt a month. In that time i used a android device and signed into bbm and switched device. now im back to using my z30, but i cannot get bbm working again. anyone has any clue how to get bbm operational again in this situation?

    Reboot your device and try again. It will ask if you want to activate BBM on the Z30 (it can fail, but it will eventually pick up).

    Yes it has been rebooted. it shows all my old contacts, but not any new that were added while using the android. it doesnt show any new groups added or the chats in groups. the contacts updates or feeds dont show. if u send a msg to a contact it goes thru...should i just keep rebooting it??
