I have high quality images, but sometimes when I use them as wallpapers the display is pixelated. The only work around is taking a screenshot and then using that image as a wallpaper. Is there a reason for this or a solution?

Are the images you use at the right resolution? If you need to enlarge a photo because of the resolution or orientation, it will become pixelated. Search for wallpapers in your resolution

I understand that if the resolution is smaller it will try to stretch it out. That makes sense. What doesn't make sense is if the resolution is larger and the display being just as bad.

I'm not having issues with wallpapers looking bad. They're as high quality as when I downloaded them. You must be doing something wrong.

You can get issues from very hi file sizes being shrunk for wallpaper...your current solution is the best.
