[CrackBerry Question]

Hi users, Just today i bought Z30...
i signup for new Blackberry id with my email id.
but when i try connect it via BBM it says " you can't sign in with a different blackberry id on this device, sign in with the original bb Id used on this device"

what can i do????

The seller needs to disassociate the Z30 from BlackBerry Protect.

Before selling the phone the seller should have switched BlackBerry Protect to OFF on the z30 and logged in to BlackBerry Protect to remove device.
This should have been done before security wiping phone.

You now have to contact the seller and have him or her do this otherwise phone is useless to you because it is locked to the previous BBid.

If you bought online or from a retailer contact them directly to return device.

I should add that you will need to security wipe device again after seller disassociate his BBid.

Follow the suggestions provided in post #3.
Those are your only options.
