    Hi folks
    I need help. I have videos that I took on the z30, some on media card. I used bb link to sync to my pc. When I go into my folder on the pc the video can be heard but no picture is seen. I am on windows 7. Also when my phone is connected to bb link it does not see any videos, yet when I go into the video app the video is there. I can play the video on my phone. Is this a codec thing< I am using windows media player
