    I used to be able link wirelessly through BlackBerry Link. Now I can't even link though cable.

    I had to Uninstall Link and then connect with a USB cable and reinstall with my phone. For some reason it didn't recognize my Z10 after upgrading from 10.2. Good Luck.

    Go to storage in settings and access check if usb mode enabled in Access using usb
    if enabled just disable it you will then be able to connect to link using usb
