    I just bought a BLACKBERRY Z30 and after a day using it I noticed there is a problem when it comes to connecting to wifi though my internet is very fast, I cannot do browsing and using my apps such as viber,skype,youtube and etc unless if I am using my data connection. Another problem is I cannot upgrade my apps into new version. PLS HELP!

    I am planning to return this item..although I like it but I cannot use my data connection forever because it cost much.

    Does your WiFi connects,
    Os of your Z30?
    Try switching off your mobile connection and connect via WiFi and see, whether it connects!

    Try turning on Airplane mode to make sure you are fully connected to WiFi and check.

    Yes it is connected to wifi, my OS is 10.2.1.3062
    I already tried to turn my data off and switch to wifi and still the same. I also tried to delete the wifi and connect it again and nothing change

    Reboot your phone, hold the power button, keep holding it, ignore all screen mags, untill BlackBerry logo starts loading.
    If this doesn't work security wipe your phone
