From the local MTS dealer, unlocked. Rep there was extremely awesome and gave me a wicked deal, she was also rocking a Z10

Old Z10 went to the girlfriend. Converted from GS3, so it was like a double win!

I got mine online @ Verizon wireless. It's the best Iv'e had in a mobile device. I was at my local bank branch, the rep saw it and said "what is that?" I said the Blackberry Z30,.. He said "I have never even heard of it, can I see it" He was so impressed he is going to find one and get rid of his iphone 4s. I wish it was out more so people could see it except from us user's. Sheeee's bad on Blackberry for lack of advertising. He has to go online to see it. Luckily he got to check mine out and see for himself instead from a rep who doesn't even want to sell them.

Got mine at Rogers store Kingston Road near Victoria Park. This guy is a huge BlackBerry supporter. His name is Sam and his personal phone is a Q10.


Mine was the 3rd Z30 this week. As for the Z10/Q10, he said they sell just fine at his store.

While the physical see, touch feel experience is wonderful while reading this I looked around and the only tech tool I have that was purchased in-store is my Z10 - my PC & Mac, all my related arsenal of gadgetry are all online purchase experience. Rogers decided only online ordering of Z30 would be available but I don't see that as bad thing but their retail locations should at least have a demo units for the customer experience.

I got my Z30 from the friendly people on Philip Street in Waterloo - got mine directly from BlackBerry (unlocked). I get my accessoires from Future Shop as buying it from Mobile Nations adds shipping cost and the difference is that I can get a 'feel' in the store for the product.

Telus store online, paid to have unlocked to work with Virgin Mobile Canada.

Telus was $100 cheaper than Bell... if I bought the Bell one I wouldn't have had to unlock it, but now I have an unlocked one cheaper than Bell. Virgin Mobile doesn't sell the Z30 at all.

Please, BlackBerry, start selling unlocked devices at competitive prices direct. These carriers are (for all intents and purposes, despite the complex business issues) dead weight.

Verizon online. Things aren't going smoothly concerning the details of my purchase, but I have the phone and its fantastic. What I have learned is if you happen to be the one who has problems with Verizon, its their fault, it can take weeks to clear up. You can read the details in the Verizon forum.
