I am here in Nigeria waiting patiently for the official release of 10.3.2. Blackberry announced that by July ending, all blackberry devices will be updated. I knw its carrier dependent eventually but isnt it strange that most other regions that get updates later go it first and the EMEA region usually the first is yet to get the updates. Is there some sort of disagreement? Please advise. Dnt want to load autoloaders.

But how come Europe too hasnt pushed the update out cos africa usually follows in Europe's steps.
