    So what's app voice chat is hot on the heels of bbm voice going cross platform. The average user won't care about security and will rave about this even though bbm voice is available to all.
    BlackBerry needs to ramp up the following efforts ASAP..
    1. Polish the UI and experience for iOS and Android users to make the service e 2nd to none
    2. Bbm video for all needs to be released immediately
    3. Monetize BBM
    4. Make photo sharing easier in group chats

    If not What's app will catch up ..then how will bbm stand out?
