Technically, the Z30 100-1. But apparently they never went into actual production. According to some there are a few out there in the world; good luck finding one. Otherwise you have to use the 100-5.

I've been using STA100-5 on TMO and have had no issues. I have full bars and no drop calls

STA100-5 works great for me on T-Mobile. I haven't noticed slow data or poor call quality. It's actually better than my Z10 and Q10.

The answer is really going to depend on the band being utilized for LTE data in your area. In my area, Portland, OR, TMO utilizes band 4 for LTE data. So, consequently, the STA100-5 operates like a champ on TMO's network. I am told, however, that TMO is upgrading its LTE broadcast in some areas with band 2. If so, only the STA100-1 would work since it offered band 2 for LTE data. It is also the only Z30 model that has that band. However, as was reported above, the STA100-1 model was designed for use by AT&T, but, AT&T never picked up the phone for marketing in the U.S. (or anywhere else). So, the STA100-1 model is likely not available. Some users have reported TMO on band 17 in their area. If so in your area, your are again out-of-luck since the STA100-1 is, again, the only Z30 model to have that band. I hope this helps. Definitely find out which LTE band is being utilized in your area and buy accordingly. There is a chart on another posting that lists all of the Z30 models and the LTE bands that each model supports. Good luck!

One last item. I use the STA100-5 model on AT&T in my area. Do I get LTE data? No. Does the phone work well, yes, on 4G, with about 6 megabits per second of data transfer speed over the network. I tried TMO for a day and got 60 megabits per second with their LTE broadcast. If massive data transfer speed is a must, definitely nail down the LTE band being utilized by TMO as I said above. If it is band 4, as it is in my area, you would be good-to-go with the STA100-5 model. If it is band 2 or band 17, all that you will get is likely 4G data speeds. They still work, just not as well as LTE.
