Default What does rebooting with volume +/- keys mean?

Is this a way to reboot similar to a battery pull?

If so, please let me know the process exactly.

    Thanks

Yes, this is what I always use to reboot like a battery pull.
Or you can hold the top button and when it pops up on your screen hit restart.
Only two ways I know to reboot your phone without taking the battery out.

    How does one do it?

What is the exact key sequence?

Hold the volume up and volume down keys at the same time. You will see a message that it has taken a screen shot. Keep holding and the phone will go off.

I'm not 100% sure about this but I remember reading somewhere that holding the power button down was like a battery pull. While holding the volume keys did the same but also initiated a debug reboot.

    OK thanks.

I tried holding the power button down once and tied to hold it down until the blue circle came up. Don't try it. It will just go into a cycle of partial restarts and never actually reboot. LOL.

So now I know it's both volume buttons and hold it until the blue circle.

    Thanks
