i frankly think surveys are a waster of time. You dont get great response and most people cant be bothered with them. you need better methods of instant feedback. Perhaps built in apps that when you have a problem you can add response to or just something that you can easily upload to blackberry. I find surverys rarely if ever give a true picture of the overall feeling about things. In other words generally a waste of time. You can do more with less using alternative methods. In other words BLACKBERRY!!!!! get out of the survey business its a waste of time. Surverys remind me of polls and polls are about as useless a forum as they come.

They have asked us to do these several times.... just not sure anyone has ever paid attention to them.

Fill it out and be honest about your own experience, these do very little good if all you do is overlook any issues and praise them for things you don't like.

Think they could send five staffers to CrackBerry and they would learn more....
