Sorry if I may not have understood completely.... but I guess this Blend will not cover the gap with the iCloud from Apple, right?
The main reasons why many people are still stuck with the iPhone is because of the complete sync of calendar, contacts and emails, etc via iCloud.
Do you have any comment on this?

You'll have access to your calendar on your BB via the iOS app on the iPad but I doubt that it'll sync through the cloud.

You download the app one your device. You download the app on your computer. You pair them. You login with your BBID. You connect however you wish, network, WiFi, USB. You access files, documents, music and such all on your laptop/desktop/tablet. It integrates with some third party apps such as BlackBerry Express, File Manager, etc. It is, essentially an HTML5 based app that can be run within a web browser, as a webview or any other applicable 'container' that can run HTML5 apps or connect to the internet. It is magical. You will love it.

Hopefully the fact that it's HTML5 based means a Linux port takes a negligible amount of work and will be forthcoming from BlackBerry.
