    I was in the middle of posting a reply here on CB using the CB app when a couple of Facebook messages came in at the same time causing the phone to vibrate and show me the message at the top of the screen, and then the vibration wouldn't stop and the screen was frozen. I couldn't do anything. Even holding down the power button had no effect. It went on vibrating and frozen like this for at least a minute and then finally restarted itself, perhaps finally responding to the button push. I hadn't really been missing the removable battery until I actually needed to remove the battery.

    i have had it happen on my Z10 before. Its like it gets confused and overloaded and just stops.

    Yes, it was like it was confused with all the messages coming in at the same time! I actually took it out of the case and was about to remove the back door to pull the battery, when I remembered I couldn't. So I just sat there staring at it like now what do I do!

    Haha! Go for it!

    I only had the CB app open, nothing else. It was the two Facebook messages and there may have been an email at the same time too. It was like misfired neurons in the brain.

    Next time (hopefully there won't be) try holding down both volume up and down buttons for a while. That should force it to restart.
