How deep underwater? 1m deep in the swimming pool? 8m, 30m, 40m?

I have historically used Aquapac Waterproof Phones & GPS cases - AQUAPAC Waterproof Cases | Waterproof cases for camera, iphone, ipod, ipad; Waterproof backpack, drybags covers for swimming and other water-sports but I've never been deeper than 3m with one, and I can't remember if I've tried to take a photo either....

My current Passport doesn't fit into any of my Aquapac cases which is a little bit annoying as I'll have to source another one (and probably another waterproof microphone/ear-bud cable).

[For scuba diving to 30m I use a Hama Action Cam which came with a 30m case.]

I don't know what brand mine is, but I bought something like an Aquapac for my Z10. I think it goes 5m or maybe a bit more but it works really well. Pictures are very clear and good
