    I have an unlocked Z30 and for reason, my visual voicemail is not working, i get an alert i have a voicemail and it doesn't show up in my hub, i have to call my voicemail to retrieve it, i searched the forums for help but haven't found anything that really works.

    If I am not wrong, it is a paid service provided by your carrier. Call their tech support. I had this problem and it was solved. It was a while ago and I don't remember details.

    I got that update yesterday and it fixed this issue
