I have this annoying problem where when I'm using my headphones, the voice dealing pops up randomly. Voice dialing is set to the pause key, but voice dialing opens even when I haven?t touched the phone.

I read online that BlackBerry OS7 did this and pointed to a headphone issue of some sort. Anyone with this happening on BB10?

I have the same issue. You have to sort of push it tightly in the first go.

There is a setting that you might be able to change to see if it helps out.
Swipe down on the main page and go to Settings > Voice Control > and shut off Open with Mute key.
Not too sure if this could be causing issue, but it's worth a shot.

I've had this happen on z10. It was either the headphones I was using at the time or software related
