I downloaded the new Verizon Z30 update, after I removed my latest OS and took it back far enough to allow the update to come to the phone, after downloading the Verizon update and installing it, my visual voice mail works, then when I recover my setting using BBlink the visual voice mail stops working.. any suggestions?

I would contact your carrier. My wife had a similar problem and they had to reset it. Just make sure you call them from a different phone as she had to shut hers off during the rest. Good luck
