If you want wireless charging, then I would say yes. But be aware that I've read throughout these forums that the Verizon model is a tad thicker, therefore not allowing all cases made for the Z30 to fit snug and properly. And it seems you will also not get LTE service, just 4G.

The sacrifice of LTE is pretty small for me. Bought a 100-5 not the standard Verizon model. No wireless charging. The Z-30 is a marvelous phone. Worth buying IMHO.
