Don't know about Verizon doing any pushing. I walked into my local Verizon store the other day. The Z30 which had been on display has been replaced by a Nokia Lumia Icon. No Z30 on display. Just a Q10.

Same here, I got the Z10 out right at $299 now waiting till the Z30 goes cheaper or Q10 if t does drop around that price. I have to keep my unlimited data, with LTE I'm at about 12GB+ a month.

I've been waiting to read about a price drop, but for buying the phone outright with no contract... I'm going to sweat it out some more.

That isn't true. I just Edged Up and got a Z30 with Verizon after just having bought my Z10 a little less than a year ago. I suggest you call again, get a different representative, and get a different answer. Best of luck!

Wow worth a try, I got my HTC in December, the rep said I had to wait till fall of 2015,to do edge

Rats, can't do.... I upgraded in December I'm missing it by one month.

Check ALL of your options and do the math. When my wife and I upgraded last month we looked at edging up. To edge we would have paid full price for our phones or at least a minimum portion if we upgrade before we've paid them off. The monthly savings was minimal. We decided on a share everything contract plan. My got $200 credit for upgrade her iPhone. I was offered $100 credit for my 9370 with the z30 being $199 and then turn in my 9370. When I told the rep I had seen the z30 online at vzw for $99 he referred me back there. Needless to say I paid $99 and kept my 9370.

It really doesn't matter, there is a price you will pay out of pocket. You have to decide how you will pay it to benefit you best.

That would be true. Ive only been with vzw for 5 months and was able to edge up to my z30. Just got it yesterday. Got the latest leak going. Finally figured out how to get snap on it and my z10 that my kids are inheriting. Wish vzw would hurry up with an official update on the 30 and the q10. It just ain't right.
