    So it looks to me like Verizon tracks customers online and saw you were on their website. What's really bad is that these carriers are simply not promoting BlackBerry, even in an email that costs them nothing.

    Verizon does collect your information on searches. However, it is easy to opt out of.

    This post is confusing... "bought a Z30 yesterday" but still posting from iPhone on cb forum?? Verizon is asking a question and making a suggestion based on current, that's all.

    He bought it yesterday but takes a day or two to get the blackberry z30. VZW does not carry it in stores. hence why he using a iPhone still. You are right they are making a suggestion base on current and because they track you online when you are log in to your vzw acct (he was looking at the BlackBerry z30 before he bought).
