    Have any Verizon subscribers with BlackBerry Z10 or Z30 received the OS 10.3 update? What is taking this carrier so long? I dont want to download from any other source as I am not familiar with the process and dont want to screw up the phone.

    It's doubtful Verizon will ever update the phone to 10.3. They stopped caring it a while ago and just retired it.

    I run 10.3.1.1016 on my VZ Z30 with no issues

    While typically slow, I have to defend VZW at the moment. Who has rolled out an official 10.3 for anything but the Passport/P9983? Did I miss something huge?

    I too have to defend vzw on this one. 10.3 has not yet been officially released by BlackBerry yet and will release with the Classic which just had its release date pushed back. AND vzw just began restocking the z30 according to posts earlier this week.

    That said, vzw will probably the last to push the 10.3 update through.

    VZW and at&t test more than probably any other carriers. That said, VZW has definitely had some pretty bad OS releases through the years. No matter what carrier I've been on, and most of the time it's been one of those two, I've never waited for my carrier to upgrade, but I completely respect those who do.

    Z10STL100-4/10.3.1.1016, and yes, the OS you're waiting for is 10.3.1.
