    When I am on a web sight and I pinch to zoom I can't move the screen around to view the hole page. I there a setting I am miss that need to be turned on?

    Settings > accessibility > magnify mode
    Is it off?

    No it's on!
    It magnify. I just can't move around on the page when it is magnified.
