Has anyone tried a USB keyboard with Caustic 3 on the Z30 yet? I want to know if it works as intended? Keyboards such as the Korg Nanokey or Microkey should work or the Akai MPK.

Just to confirm that I'm semi-competent, it works in C2 on my android tablet. XD



Tried pulling C3 through Snap and still no joy. It's 100% driver issue in that it does not exist in BB10. Yet.

No problem man. Just got my OTG cable a few weeks ago and never even thought to try this until I saw the post.

The Z30 runs gets pretty hot after about 10 minutes of Caustic3. They've really improved the app though, it's pretty impressive.

Ya I love it on my Z10 and PlayBook, I'm fine with the touchscreen as I'm a guitar player anyway and I mainly use caustic to make backing tracks to Jam to.

If in the future it works with the Z30 I might buy a Z30.

Right on! I'm mainly a guitar guy too. Play bass and sing as well. I use Caustic mainly for creative purposes on the go or if I'm just lying on the couch and too lazy to turn my gear on XD.
