    Did I miss something? The music player won't play MP3s now. I mean I'm sure I can just get another app to do it but has anyone else had this issue?

    I have a similar concern. I removed my MP3's off my PassPort onto a windows10 laptop. I noticed they did not play in Groove. I was not thinking but after continuing to edit the titles - I removed my music off my BlackBerry (my mistake) then moved my edited files from the windows10 laptop back to my PassPort. Now they will not play on my BlackBerry! Any fixes out there anyone can recommend?

    I get it often, i reboot my phone then they seem to work again mine is just temp fix until i got time to sort through them properly but after reboot all mp3's play.

    I've got that OS and my mp3's are playing as I just tested.

    I'm not sure what could be the problem. Do you have any 3rd party media players? And Android media players?

    Happened to me only once, I think the same issue happened to me. Reboot fixed it for me, no more problems. If that problem keeps happening to you, try reloading OS through Link or use autoloader.

    I upgraded to 2474 as well and my Z10 will not ring and vibrate will not work, any suggestions?

    I did a restart, then no music showed up at all. I left the app open to look on Crackberry/on the internet. When I came back all of my music had loaded and it works now.

    Just an FYI my music is on a cheap 32GB SD card. Class 4 I think. It probably only took 5 mins to load though.

    TL;DR: A simple restart seems to have fixed it.

    If that happens, just reboot your device.

    Second, every time you reboot your device, you have to wait or your music, photos, and videos to load first.
