    I am having difficulty in updating my Z30 with the latest BB10 10.2.1. I bought the device from Dubai and using it in Nairobi, Kenya.
    hanset's current OS is 10.2.0.1. Can anyone help with how to go about it?

    That's because 10.2.1 isn't official, it's a leak so head over to the leaked bb10 forum and u will find it there.

    10.2 is official.

    Download the files needed for the os, then plug in your phone, completely close BlackBerry Link, or else, your phone will get bricked and then just launch the os file
    And your phone will restart and blah blah blah!
