    My latest (2nd) Z30 arrived with OS 10.2.0..262 which is old! It sez, on the phone that it is the latest version, but I know there is a 10.2.1.xxxx update available, but I don't know where to get it. Can anyone help?....thanks!

    What carrier are you on? And if you want the update right away you should be looking at the sachesi guides to get the official update off another carrier. These guides are posted a million times over crackberry

    I have Verizon. The rep is no help. Neither is Asurion coach, or RIM reps. Also I've been advised to be careful about the down load options. Do u have a link for the update? RIM

    Asurion is no help at all. I did a Google search for the 2102 autoloader.
    Took me less than an hour to
    1) backup my device
    2) execute the autoloader
    3) restore my data from backup
    Was back up and running in no time.

    And yes, I have Verizon as well. Asurion just sent me my replacement device a few days ago so I know exactly what you are referring to.

    Dave, I started the download, then freaked out with all the popups, and offers that came with it as I prepared to execute the file....which of those do I need. It's confusing to a super non-techie!

    Don't attempt to do anything without backing up! Please read the instructions and follow them step by step.
