    I've downloaded some apps from play store and I've Uninstalled those apps. But still it appears in play store in installed apps. When I tried to uninstall from play store the app crashes. It occupies my device memory. Any solution?

    1. Update to the Android Runtime version at the link above.
    2. Restart your Z30.
    3. You can now Uninstall the Play Store apps you wish to get rid.

    Download Android Run time app from the Blackberry World and install.
    Then you can uninstall android apps.

    What exactly is not working?

    Once you update the Android Runtime you will need to reboot the device.
    Then, you do not actually run the "app" as it is a core system service that is started automatically when the device is powered on.
    Also, if you try to "Open" the "app" within BlackBerry World, nothing will happen because of above.

    Do you mean the link to the Android Runtime update in BlackBerry world?
    If so, you must use the build in Browser app and it must not be set to Desktop Mode:
    1. In the Browser app, tap the three dots in the lower right.
    2. Tap Settings.
    3. Tap Developer Tools.
    4. Make sure the switch is turned off for Desktop Mode, the circle moved to the left and the background of the switch icon in grey.

    If you try to access the link via a computer or using a non-BlackBerry browser and/or in Desktop Mode, the link will not resolve correctly.
    Also, the BlackBerry Android Runtime isn't searchable in BlackBerry World most of the time.

    If you have installed the update, but still can't uninstall an Android App, make sure to restart the Z30 after the runtime install, so it will activate it.
