I love my Blackberry Z30, but encountered my first glitch.

I have a game app called Mystery Society. It's the second game from Rolltower that first put out Hidden Objects.

Well, now Mystery Society app won't open. I get the Rolltower screen, and then the app just closes. This has been going on for the past two weeks.

I think I have two options:

1. Reload the game. But if I do this, won't I lose all of the progress I have with the game?

2. I have a backup of my Z30, but I'm afraid to wipe and reload my operating system for fear of losing all of the progress I have in the game. (purchased items for the game).

PS- the folks from the app help site won't answer questions as to what to do...

Please advise, as I've never reloaded an app or restored my operating system for fear of setting my games back to the start line.
